Kratom in smaller doses helps to concentrate better and get rid of stress, which is why it is popular among students. It is also a good alternative to illegal relaxants and stimulants such as cannabis or MDMA. The effects are directly related to the dose, but also to the variety of kratom. In general, a dose of up to 2g is stimulant. At higher doses, euphoric to sedative effects begin to occur. Kratom should not be combined with any drugs and substances, especially those containing yohimbine, cocaine, amphetamine and caffeine. Kratom cannot be combined with nervous system medications and alcohol. Another forbidden combination is Kratom and MAO inhibitors – Syrian rue (Peganum harmala, Harmala), Banisteriopsis caapi (Ayahuasca), Passionflower (Passioflora incarnata), Yohimbe (Corynthe yohimbe) and with antidepressants.

Kratom should not be taken by pregnant and breastfeeding women. Kratom may pose health risks to people suffering from low blood pressure (lowers blood pressure).

Never use heavy machinery, drive a motor vehicle, or perform any other dangerous activity after ingesting Kratom.
